All deliverables created under Agency Delivery or Dev Pod agreements become the client’s intellectual property upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid according to the agreed billing cycle.
Late payments may result in service pause or termination.
For Dev Pods, billing cycles align with sprint or monthly structure depending on agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Platform level bans or outages
Client misuse of delivered assets

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service period in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice as defined in the service agreement.
For Agency Delivery, completed work up to termination date will be invoiced.
For Dev Pods, termination terms follow sprint or monthly commitment structure.
Prepaid retainers may be partially refundable only if defined in contract.
